At Vedic Jeevanam, we are committed to delivering authentic, high-quality spiritual books and organic products — including A2 Cow Ghee, Bhimseni Camphor, Dhoop Batti, Raw Guggul, Havan Samagri, and more. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing your order.
No Return Policy
All sales made on vedicjeevanam.com are final. We do not accept returns on any products once the order has been delivered. This applies to all categories including:
- Spiritual & religious books
- A2 Cow Ghee & dairy products
- Bhimseni Camphor, Dhoop Batti & incense products
- Raw Guggul & herbal products
- Havan Samagri & puja accessories
- All other organic & wellness products
We encourage customers to review product descriptions, ingredients, and details carefully before purchasing.
Damaged Product — Report Within 6 Hours
We take utmost care in packaging every order. However, if your product arrives damaged or defective, please report the issue to us within 6 hours of delivery.
To report a damaged product, email us at:
Your email must include:
- Your order number
- Clear photographs of the damaged product
- A photograph of the packaging / outer box
- A brief description of the damage observed
Important: Damage claims reported after 6 hours of delivery will not be entertained under any circumstances. We strongly recommend inspecting your package immediately upon receipt.
Refund Consideration (Damage Cases Only)
Upon receiving your damage report with valid evidence within the stipulated time, our team will review your claim. If approved, a resolution may be offered in the form of:
- Replacement of the damaged product (subject to availability), or
- Store credit / partial refund at our sole discretion
Refunds, if approved, will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Non-eligible Cases
- Damage or defect reported after 6 hours of delivery
- Products with broken seals, tampered packaging, or signs of use
- Change of mind or incorrect product ordered by the customer
- Minor variations in color, texture, or fragrance of natural/organic products (these are inherent to the product)
- Damage caused due to improper handling after delivery
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, cancellations will not be accepted. To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at Contact@vedicjeevanam.com with your order details.
